Is anyone not in good health?

#Prompt 3

I want you to know

when I stand in the street

with my arms apart

I am reaching for morning

A clear day between my last breath

and the night we lost everything

I am holding out, not limbs but hope

that this boulder becomes light

That I find

Sea safe enough to glide

When i stand in the street

with my arms apart

I am reaching for a person that feels like home

Ready for the weightless journey of a thousand kisses

from clouds too heavy for our grief

Seeking new land where each milestone isn’t marked by a grave

with our last names,

Listening for the fading echo of war cries

Just to let me know that we finally won
